7 Steps to a Spiritual Revolution

I’m going to be talking about 7 Steps to a Spiritual Revolution because all of us working in the alternative health field in a sense are facing a war, and we’re all feeling very powerless and feeling there’s nothing we can do. Our current story is “I win, you lose,” and that pretty much sums up how we feel in the alternative community with many of those in medicine pursuing profits over the public interest.

Now, this is pretty scary stuff for most of us. We’re trying to make a difference in the health field and trying to do something different. We feel essentially like this, we feel like little mice and we feel like “What can I do, what little thing can little I do?”

So, how do we become a mouse that roars? And that’s the big question. This revolution in science changes everything. It changes not only who we are, but also how we’re supposed to live because science writes the story that we live by. And the new scientific story that’s coming along is really extraordinary because it’s upending everything we think about who we are and how we’re supposed to live, and what we’ve been told.
